This was a project that TBP completed in July 2007. A small bungalow in SE Portland. Mostly cosmetic fixes and updating. The project duration was 87 days from purchase to sale. Our Gross profit on this investment was over $9,000. Investor APY was 18.02%. Great House.

Completed in November 2007. This house was in need of serious repair and updating. We completed the 97 day turnaround and remodeled kitchen while doing a standard update of the bathroom and the laundry room.

The Hawthorne Project was a fantastic representation of True Bread Properties abilities. This was a larger project than we initially expected, but we knew that this would be a gem. What a difference from beginning to end!

This was a fantastic example of a traditional Portland home that had started to fall into a sad state. True Bread Properties was able to come into this house and really give it a 360°, taking it from a neighborhood eye-sore to one of the most gorgeous homes on the block!

This poor home had real cosmetic problems due to serious neglect and abuse. No problem for True Bread Properties, this is just what we like. By the time this project was completed the house was completely unrecognizable and took on a whole new life. It was a big job but the results were worth it!

This great two-story charmer was in need of some updating. True Bread Properties breathed new life into this one with an updated style. The kitchen turned out to be a great working area with a slight change to the layout. A very nice example of True Bread Properties’ abilities.

A cute place that really shined after we got done with it. This great single family home netted a very nice profit while offering a fair market price to a family.
